Refund policy

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope are!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Damaged or defective items must be documented within 7 days of delivery to heymbm@messybunmakings.com to receive a refund or new product of equal or lesser value.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages 'returned to sender' will be processed with a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
